Property Evaluation

This service allows a customer to apply for a real state evaluation of all types:

- Vacant, residential, commercial, and industrial land
- Housing units (Flat ,Shop ,Office)
- Residential villa
- Agricultural land with the buildings on which are built
- A commercial/industrial building/villas complex/workers' accommodation on the same land
- Vacant land for a major real estate project or for a phase thereof
- A hotel building with the land on which it is built.

Documents required for all evaluation applications:

1- Real estate evaluation application form
2- A letter from the owner and a copy of the valid passport/UAE ID
3- A copy of the municipality map (2 years) or the planning map
Additional documents required according to the type of property to be evaluated:

Vacant land for a major real estate project or a phase thereof:
1- A no-objection letter from the master developer/the bank.
2- A sale and purchase contract In case of evaluating a building (A residential villa with the land on which it is built):
1- The built-up construction area
2- A list showing the number of villas / units
In the event of evaluating a hotel building with the land on which it is built:

1- The built-up construction area
2- Number of rooms and the number of facilities, halls and restaurants.
3- A detailed statement showing all expenses and net profits (the last 3 years) from an accredited accounting office
4- Hotel management contract
