Documents Required for Issuing Land Map in Dubai :

Copy of the land title deed certificate.
Copy of the Emirates ID card of the owner or the passport (if the person does not have an ID card within the UAE).
Copy of Trade License Copy if the Owner is Company.

Owner’s authorized person.
A relative of the owner.
Apply for land map issuance
This service allows clients to request issuing a real property map, according to the types of maps approved by the Planning Section at the Dubai Dubai Land Department.
Required Documents :

Copy of the land Title Deed or copy of the map or land number.
A letter from the owner (in case he does not attend).
Original Emirates ID Card and passport of the owner .
Land Map Issuance Fees :
Dubai Land Map Issuance is AED 206
Unified Map (Including DM+ DLD) is AED 431
Unit/ Villa/ Building Map Issuance is AED 356
