Service Description :

Documents Required for Issuing Land Map in Dubai :

• Copy of the land title deed certificate.
• Copy of the Emirates ID card of the owner or the passport (if the person does not have an ID card within the UAE).
• Copy of Trade License Copy if the Owner is Company.

This service allows clients to request issuing a real property map, according to the types of maps approved by the Planning Section at the Dubai Dubai Land Department.

Required Documents :

• Copy of the land Title Deed or copy of the map or land number.
• A letter from the owner (in case he does not attend).
• Original Emirates ID Card and passport of the owner .

Land Map Issuance Fees :

• Dubai Land Map Issuance is AED 206
• Unified Map (Including DM+ DLD) is AED 431
• Unit/ Villa/ Building Map Issuance is AED 356
